Data Deletion
How to disconnect Meta integrations and request deletion of your Channel Radar data.
Disconnect Meta / Instagram / Facebook
You can disconnect your Instagram and Facebook connection from Channel Radar at any time without contacting us. This immediately stops all future data fetches from Meta.
- From Channel Radar: Go to Dashboard → Meta Intelligence → Settings and click Disconnect next to your connected account.
- From your Google/Facebook account: Visit your Facebook App Settings and remove Channel Radar from connected apps.
Disconnecting your account revokes the stored OAuth token and stops all future analytics fetches immediately. Previously stored analytics data is retained until you request deletion.
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of all data associated with your Channel Radar account — including Meta connection tokens, tracked account data, media records, sync logs, API logs, and reports — send an email to:

We will confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

- Your Channel Radar account and profile.
- Your Meta OAuth connection tokens (Instagram + Facebook).
- All tracked Instagram accounts and competitor data.
- All stored Instagram media and post analytics.
- All Facebook Page data and post analytics.
- All daily account snapshots and engagement history.
- All sync job records and API call logs.

If you only want to delete Meta Intelligence data while keeping your YouTube data, specify that in your email.
