Channel Radar ("we", "our", "us") is a YouTube channel analytics platform that helps creators and businesses track channel performance, competitor insights, and growth opportunities — accessible at channelradar.in.

• Account information: Your name and email address when you sign up.
• YouTube API data: Publicly available channel statistics, video metadata, and performance metrics fetched via YouTube Data API v3 on your behalf.
• YouTube Analytics data: Watch time, impressions, and CTR fetched via the YouTube Analytics API if you grant OAuth access.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and sync activity logs — used to improve the product.
• Payment information: We do not store card details. Payments are handled by third-party processors.

• To provide and improve the Channel Radar service.
• To sync and display YouTube analytics data in your dashboard.
• To send transactional emails (account creation, plan changes).
• To respond to support requests within 24–48 hours.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on AWS infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit via TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We use session cookies strictly necessary for authentication. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To make a request, email us at support@channelradar.in. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Channel Radar after changes constitutes acceptance.
