Overview

Channel Radar offers Pro and Enterprise subscription plans. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request them.

Eligible for Refund

  • 7-day money-back: Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
  • Service outage: If Channel Radar experiences verified downtime of more than 24 continuous hours in any billing period, you are eligible for a pro-rata credit or refund.
  • Duplicate charges: Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded in full.

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 7 days of the billing date.
  • Partial-month usage after cancellation (your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle).
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@channelradar.in with subject line "Refund Request", including your registered email and reason. We respond within 24–48 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Cancel your subscription anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future billing — you retain access to your current plan until the end of the paid period.
