Terms of Service

By accessing or using Channel Radar ("the Service") at channelradar.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Channel Radar. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring the accuracy of your account information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Channel Radar allows you to track YouTube channel analytics using your own YouTube Data API key (BYOK). You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google API policies.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform.
• Not share your account with others or resell access to the Service.
• Only connect YouTube channels that you own or have permission to track.

If you grant Channel Radar access to your YouTube Analytics via OAuth, you authorize us to fetch daily analytics data (views, watch time, likes, subscriber gains) from YouTube on your behalf to populate your dashboard.

• Your OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and used only to obtain access tokens for API requests.
• Analytics data is stored per channel per day and is accessible only to you.
• You can revoke this authorization at any time from Channel Radar Settings or from your Google Account permissions.
• Revoking access stops future data fetches. Previously stored data is retained until you request deletion.

You must not:

• Use the Service to collect or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service.
• Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service's integrity.

Paid plans (Pro, Agency, and Enterprise) are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to collect payment via your chosen method. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Early access note: Paid plans are currently activated through manual UPI payment verification. Razorpay checkout will be enabled soon. Until then, plan activation follows manual review within 24 hours.

Channel Radar includes AI-powered insights and recommendations based on your YouTube channel data. These features are currently in active development and are continuously being trained and improved.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. Insights, opportunity suggestions, and performance predictions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Channel Radar makes no guarantees about the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated outputs. You agree not to rely solely on AI insights for business, financial, or strategic decisions.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue AI features at any time as the technology evolves.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Channel Radar is not affiliated with YouTube or Google LLC. Analytics data is sourced from the YouTube Data API and may vary from YouTube Studio figures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Channel Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

All content, branding, and software within Channel Radar are the property of Channel Radar and its operators. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

Channel Radar complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP). You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@channelradar.in.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We are committed to resolving issues as quickly as possible. All support requests must be sent to support@channelradar.in. Our target resolution time is 24–48 hours from receipt of a complete request.

For faster resolution, please include screenshots, a screen recording, or clear steps to reproduce the issue wherever possible. This helps us diagnose the problem accurately without unnecessary back-and-forth.
